The course closed at the end of the 2014 season. The roughly 114-acre property included the 18-hole golf course and a 48,000-square-foot building with 32 bowling lanes and a 350-person banquet room. The property was listed for sale at $1.6 million. Reportedly investors have purchased the property with an intend to develop the property for residential use.
